Our journey

Trajectory

2007

AppAssure

Two-developer build of the Microsoft Exchange data-recovery engine — reverse-engineering the binary mail-store format after multiple prior teams had failed. Sold to Dell six years later at ~$130M.

2016

SupportLogic + SupportBots

Built the first-version sentiment-analysis dashboard that became SupportLogic's seed-round prototype (later raised $62M+). Same year: SupportBots — a full agentic customer-support system wiring CRM, auth, technical APIs and calendar into autonomous troubleshooting. Effectively MCP-shaped, eight years before MCP.

2017

Letzgro pioneers the AI-chatbots category

Production chatbots on IBM Watson (STT / TTS / DialogFlow) plus Caffe, OpenCV and NLTK while most of those primitives were still novelties. Top-candidate status on Upwork in the category.

2017–2023

The Web3 chapter

The founding team spent six years building distributed-tech infrastructure. Applicature launched in 2017 and supported 270+ entrepreneurs and 30+ token launches; Vidma Security spun out in 2021 and delivered 200+ smart-contract audits; Mempool Ventures launched the same year and made 50+ investments across AI, Web3 and RPA. The thesis carried forward to ADAIA: durable consulting + ventures companies, built by operators.

2023

ADAIA founded

AI venture studio at the intersection of domain expertise and frontier models. Initial mandate: build AI-native companies and run AI delivery inside established ones.

2025

The Practice year

AI enablement at scale across the Gulf and beyond. Public AI workshops across Dubai, Abu Dhabi and KSA. Brinc Middle East SDG 3 — 38 AI ideas evaluated, 10 intrapreneurship initiatives launched across 12 healthcare organizations. MECSR retail workshop. AJMS multi-stage corporate AI enablement for a publicly-traded KSA food-sector company. Timeless Properties AI roadmap — 1,000+ new leads generated. LabLab /function1 Dubai — 300+ hackathon teams judged. AILER, ADAIA’s internal agent platform, deployed across multiple client engagements with ~30-minute agent spin-up.

2026

Scaling Practice and Ventures

NativelyAI merger due diligence + Claude Code enablement — 8× average developer velocity, 12× at the top end — producing Native.Compute as the decentralized AI compute layer. QAQC AI agent for an architecture firm working directly against Revit models — 60% issue reduction, 40% rework decrease. ADAIA operating model formalized into Practice ↔ Ventures peer arms; the new site ships with industry hubs, case studies, and the n8n content pipeline.
